I rode to a job in Marrickville the other day down and back along the Cooks path at sunrise and sunset. It was glorious. That is all.
Well almost, It is beautiful. I notice a few ads for Cafes in the south strathfield area, which adds an option for a relaxing fuel stop.
Just before Tempe station there is a cracking good cafe along the carrington road cycleway. Old garage, has a top brew and some tasty saussie rolls. The path points to Balmain and the cafe is only 200m north of the cooks river.
